Llafranc beach
Llafranc beach, with its 330 meters of extension, is a coastal jewel on the Costa Brava. Divided into two different areas, one near the port full of stranded boats and another for bathers, it offers fine sand and 40 meters wide. The best thing is that it is located in the heart of Llafranc, providing access to bars, restaurants and hotels, such as the Hotel Blaumar Llafranc, located just 10 minutes from this gem!
A picturesque tree-lined promenade links both areas of the beach, and its Blue Flag guarantees its quality. Although parking in the summer can be a challenge, the beauty of Llafranc is well worth it.
Calella de Palafrugell beach
Calella de Palafrugell, a charming corner of the Costa Brava, welcomes you with its coastal beauty and Catalan authenticity. This picturesque fishing village is famous for its cobbled streets, white houses and pebble coves with crystal clear waters. Tamariu beach
Tamariu beach is distinguished for being a coastal jewel surrounded by vegetation. This urban beach, surrounded by white buildings that provide a pleasant aesthetic, has a promenade that separates the buildings from the sand, creating a charming environment.
Getting to Tamariu is easy once you are in the center of town, although parking can be difficult in the summer. Fortunately, the Blue Flag-awarded Tamariu beach completely justifies the effort. You will find it just 20 minutes from the Hotel BlauMar Llafranc.
Cala Aiguablava
Cala Aiguablava, one of the jewels of Begur and Catalonia, located just 20 minutes from our hotel, will captivate you with its turquoise waters and impressive landscape. At 80 meters long and 40 meters wide, it is spacious and easily accessible on foot, by car or by public transport in summer.
In this beautiful cove, you will find amenities such as showers, bathrooms, lifeguards and a beach bar with a terrace. For leisure lovers, it offers diving services, hammock rental and parking. In addition, Cala Aiguablava is accessible for people with reduced mobility, with adapted facilities and bathroom assistance provided by the Red Cross.
